Working on the GTPA made me realise how much of an impacted I actually made on students learning. Even though completing the GTPA was quite a stressful time, it felt amazing to see my students improvements from the start to the end of my time there! #acuedu_p

What a day! Had the opportunity to observe and conduct some mathematical clinical interviews with students and spent the staff meeting visiting other classrooms and listening to teachers share their different successes and resources #acuedu_p

🎵YEAR 2- BATTLE OF THE BANDS🎵 🎸 🥁 My students are learning about sounds and it’s uses in products for science. Today they created their own musical instrument from recycled materials and performed a song with their bands. They were so creative! #acuedu_p

Students in year two loved creating these cute Father’s Day super hero cards. They concentrated a lot when ruling the straight lines and even got time to write a personalised message on the back #superherodad #fathersday #acuedu_p

Had the opportunity to observe my teacher conducting running records with my students. Afterwards I also got the opportunity to conduct one alongside my teacher. Although it was only a practice for me it was great getting used to the process. #acuedu_p

Current challenge in year 2: no smart board or projector screen. I am quickly realising the importance of preparation to ensure students are getting the most out of their learning and just how difficult it is to teach effectively without technology #acuedu_p
