@British_Airways Also now on the later plane following the cancellation but the engine has now failed prior to take off and we are sat baking on the plane @British_Airways seems to be a race to the bottom…
@British_Airways Still no response to our claim submitted 3 months again despite multiple chasers sent and your above comments. This is really not acceptable @British_Airways will be submitting letter to ombudsman as we are owed >1000£. Not ok.

@British_Airways Well clearly they have forgotten about us or intend not to address the claim given it is three months later. What is being done about this?
@British_Airways It is now over two months since we have submitted this claim, you owe us over £1000 and have made no effort to contact us despite repeated chasers to you. We will be contacting the ombudsman as we are unable to get a response from BA
@British_Airways we are still awaiting our refund after flight was overbooked…..2 months, a claim submission and 5 chaser emails later still no action. Please do the right thing; respond and refund.
Service at gatwick airport was bad but this lack of response is now worse…
@SFretterz @_ella_baker_ @easyJet Same here. MAN to AMS yesterday- pilot Cited that Schiphol wouldn’t take us due to night time curfew. KLM flight to same destination literally taxied past us on the runway and took off. And there is not a night time curfew at Schiphol. Only flights being cancelled are easy jet…
@Claire001Bush@HackedOffHugh@77mayburyjohn Something dodgy is going on. Lying about reasons for cancellations in order not to pay compensation and staff nowhere to be found. Hundreds of flights cancelled across their network. Only airline affected. Are they going bust? That’s my guess #easyjet
@easyJet please help - trying to check in online for new flight tomorrow - following cancelled flight yesterday - repeated error messages as per screenshot.
Also lost my original paid for carry on allowance for rescheduled flight so have paid twice now and still can’t check in!
@easyJet Thanks for your reply however multiple flights from other airlines were landing later and throughout the night. And Schiphol doesn’t have a full night time curfew. I don’t believe this is the real reason. Same thing happening again tonight

@easyJet why have you cancelled multiple flights into @Schiphol over the past few days citing night curfew when multiple flights on other airlines are being landed? EZY2167 MAN to AMS cancelled whilst we were on runway. The later KLM MAN to AMS taxied past us and took off….
Not impressed with @easyJet that they cancelled the Manchester to Amsterdam flight tonight. They claimed that it was because they were outside the curfew for Schipol.
How come @KLM took off for Amsterdam from Manchester after you had cancelled the flight?
Please explain.
