Glove speed is necessary, but how you achieve it matters too.
Being too tense, stabby & extended likely = no adjustability.
Some may need to try to smash the ball into a million pieces & be ultra aggressive.
Some may need to feel like you’re letting it get deep & just flow.
There’s a lot to be learned from players if you’re willing to listen with a curious mind.
