@easyjet my EasyJet plus card was renewed in February but when I try to use it on your website it shows as expired. It has not expired, I have a receipt for the £215 I paid on 14/2/22. Please can someone contact me as I cannot get through on your phone lines.

@bristolairport unacceptable queues at security again today and more than half your belts are closed. Second time I have had to go through this in 2 weeks. This is a failure of management - you knew how many people were due!

@mcwhittle1 Hi Phil, I'm really sorry about this. I've spoken with one the Duty Managers and they've confirmed they were open for browsing time from 9.30am until 10am however the store didn't open until 10am. Thanks, Jess.
