We would like to express our gratitude to NFL players Andrew Coker and Jared Riley for taking the time to share their knowledge with our Spartans! #WAWG#TIS@lakes_athletics@Chiefs@Bengals
The #WAWG mentality: with some extra time after our weight workout due to the adjusted testing bell schedule, Coach Dominguez went over some STAAR biology questions to help our freshmen review before their test tomorrow! @md1436_mark@lakes_athletics@CFISDCyLakes

Three to the knee. Reinforcing proper positioning during the first pull. The initial start should be a push with the legs, not a pull with the back. Learning how to push, is vital to a big clean. Legs are stronger than the back. Keep shoulders over bar as long as possible.
The Spartans wrapped up district play with a huge 6-0 win over the Panthers! POTG goes to sophomore Lola Garay whose relentless speed, pressure, and physicality owned her sideline. Freshman goalkeeper Myieah Stover kept the shutout! @lakes_athletics
