Don’t you think it’s too much time to just process a refund, i keep the patience for 90 days. But the deadline is already crossed and Nobody came to even update what happened. Neither Wego or Air Idnia. Also tried Wego team by email to update me No response again. Bad service!!

I have booked Air India flight from Dammam to Patna Via Mumbai for 4th March 2026 from Wego, But i got the email from Air india on 3rd march that my flight got cancelled. Immediately i contacted Wego and they requested for the refund. @airindia @Wego

Wego team give me the assurance that your refund will take maximum 90 days to reflect in your bank account. Now it’s been 105 days there is no update from Wego and Air India. I have contacted Wego team few days back according to them they didn’t receive the amount from Air india.

I bought a shoulder bag and received sling bag, which is wrong. I made a return request but your customer support is denying they are not accepting return request. Even we show them the proof that we received wrong product.

they took the complaint and refund me the amount of only one packet which is 23.99 SAR, they supposed to return the full money which is 199.92 SAR, because all of the 8 packet what I ordered i received wrong, i have given them pictures also for proof. Take a look into this matter
