Disappointed by the lack of common sense from a SPS parking marshal today in Cape Town. Charged for an extra 30 mins despite being only 5 mins over while getting kids organised and in their car seats. @CityofCT @geordinl, is this the "visitor-friendly" service you’re aiming for?

I don’t recommend ever using @Afrihost as a service provider, as they are only in it for the money and there is no inclination to help. I have been trying to get help for several months now without success.

It’s now 5 days and we still have not received any tangible information from @TurkishAirlines about where our bags are. They could have flown them around the world a couple of times in 5 days, yet they haven’t been able to get them to us. Disgusting customer service imo

So @TurkishAirlines thinks that it’s acceptable to lose my baggage and then give no communication for more than 3 days. I flew on Saturday, 9 September and still have not even received a courtesy call to let me know what is happening.

It’s like saying that you can have a free flight, but have to pay for a seat.

Is there a way to book a bassinet for my son, or am I expected to pay USD198 per flight to book the bassinet seat and the adjacent one so my family can sit together?
