@AxisBank My account has been frozen by your transaction monitoring team after two Amazon orders worth ₹3,345 each were cancelled and refunded instantly.

When I contacted customer support, I was asked to visit my nearest branch and submit KYC documents to unfreeze my account.

i opened account in indie yesterday with 50000 initial funding for megastar , without any message or notification , my account got debit freezed with amount of 71000 in it , now i am helpess, tired of calling them , worst customer support
