I have also raised the issue with @TRAI but they have also not responded. It's like there is no one to listen to a common man. When they raise the recharge amount no one questions and when they don't fulfill their promises no one listens. It's very sad. @DoT_India

These days @airtelindia are making only the false promises about their unlimited 5g. But what they do is steal from the customers who rely on them. Their customer service and even the airtel appellate are sending only automated emails. It's very disappointing.

Despite of the 5G recharge I am unable to use 5G in my phone. When I have daily data remaining or recharge the top-up data then only I am able to use the internet. Your Unlimited 5g promise is getting failed. Why do false promises when can't fulfill it?

The issue that I have highlighted has still not resolved by your team. Everytime I call to your customer support, I'm getting false assurances. Yesterday one of your customer support exec. told me to wait for 4 hours and it has been more than 12 hours now.
