I brought a ticket for wrong day, have brought new one for correct day can I get an refund? I know it was an advanced ticket but realised it was wrong date instantly?
Is there no cooling off period?

@BrynLaw FFP is problem. There to support clubs who are established makes very hard to come up and compete. Forest, Bournemouth etc have managed it but without massive investment it'll be more common to go straight back down and they'll use it change to 2 up 2 down!

@LNER I purchased a ticket from Guildford to Leeds from you. Can I travel earlier, its not wholly LNER but SWR are okay about first leg.

If your journey is wholly with LNER, tickets dated Wed 1 Nov, Thur 2 Nov or Fri 3 Nov are now valid for travel on any other LNER service

@greateranglia Why do you not offer automatic delay repay. Other TOCs do but you make customers jump through hops even if they brought tickets from you. You can't be responsible for the weather but you can be judged on how you treat your customers after things go wrong. Shoddy
