I understand the idea for drainage prior, but that generally happens spontaneously when a wire is placed beside the stone, or certainly after stent. I guess my thought is to drain ASAP. I know of no case where someone gets “worse” after gentle RPG.

Otherwise you’re putting the drain (stent) in which will take care of it all. So get stent in ASAP
