I’m going to DM now, but I do want people to publicly see this, because this has been going on for years and I have been lucky enough to get the package to you guys on Wednesdays, because anytime it’s a Thursday, this happens. And look at that picture, it is absolutely unacceptable. The instructions even say put in mail slot and he literally takes a picture of his palm or something, and says attempted delivery and move it to next week.

Your Long Island city Friday driver needs to be reprimanded. I have an overnight package delivered to my client every single week.
For years, I would always do Thursday for Friday and every Friday I had to call you guys because it said attempted delivery and it would be pictures like this one today.
There is a corporate office near me and I actually went to it because I spend my entire Friday calling you guys asking when this client is getting their package and then someone in your office suggested why don’t I try to do it Wednesday instead to see if it actually is the driver. Every Wednesday I drop off the package to Fedex, the client always gets it early Thursday. This week I was unable to get it out on Wednesday and I dropped it to you guys on Thursday.
This is the picture your driver posted an attempted delivery. There’s even instructions on the label that they put in the mail slot. This guy is literally trying to breeze through his route and not actually drop off items.
I have called Fedex for years trying to find out who this Friday driver is and their manager because he needs to be spoken to. This is completely unacceptable. And even the corporate office told me unfortunately there’s nothing they can do. Fedex is just too big. They don’t even know who they contact.
Shareholders please take a look at this before you invest in Fedex. They clearly do not actually monitor the pictures. Their drivers are taking for attempted deliveries and deliver deliveries.
@FedExHelp Hi Marsha, I don’t know if your DM‘s show historic conversations, if they do, you will see @FedExHelp and I have had many many conversations over the years and this Friday driver is still employed.
