@driveWFX please educate your drivers on how to properly yield to cross traffic. This occurred yesterday at the junction of Illinois route 4 and Highway 64 as your vehicle exited the Pilot Travel center. Absolutely no way that this driver should have started this turn.
@flystl are there set hours after which arriving international flights cannot be processed out of T2 (Southwest) ? We had a flight from Cancun diverted to Houston yesterday because Southwest were apparently told Lambert wouldn’t have any passport control available.

@Ask_Spectrum just discovered my elderly in-laws (one a Veteren) have been overpaying for their spectrum mobile service for ~2 years since phone plans were dropped from $45 to $30. Who do I speak to about getting this overpayment refunded ?
@AmericanAir completed a customer relations survey about a recent negative travel experience. The email response said that the customer relations team member appreciated the opportunity to review my feedback. Since then, I’ve heard nothing. Should I expect another resply ?

@ATT@DIRECTV unified billing is the worst thought out business process I’ve ever come across. How can a DirecTV account that was closed years ago still be holding my AT&T wireless account hostage ? 2-3 billing cycles to un-unify an inactive account is insanity.
@ATTHelp I have a case open with Directv but was told the process to un-unify may take 2-3 billing cycles. I haven’t had an active Directv account for at least 5 years. My AT&T wireless bill says nothing about Directv.
@AmazonHelp Apart from saying I feel the driver is unprofessional or mishandling our deliveries (which I’ve already done), there’s nothing I can do here besides initiating a return. I don’t want to return anything, I just want my deliveries left on my porch, not out in the open.
@amazon how can I share actual feedback with someone about our new Amazon driver who prefers leaving our deliveries on our sidewalk vs. the perfectly serviceable covered porch ? Luckily the weather hasn’t decided to ruin our most recent orders.
@AdamRichman We have a Breville Bambino plus. I’m going to anger the espresso gods but I use it with pre-ground LaVazza coffee and along with some steamed / frothed milk (using the automatic frothing capability on the bambino) it makes a solid cup of coffee for my wife and I every morning.
@Delta when should I expect flight info for my new flights since DL1636 from MSP to STL was cancelled this evening ? Delta staff said flights would be automatically rebooked. Currently no clue when we need to be back at the airport.
@Delta thanks for cancelling my flight AFTER we’d boarded the plane. It’s now almost 2am and I still have not received any information on what flights we’ve supposedly been rebooked onto. Predicted 2 hour wait on the phones. Live chat has been open for an hour with no response.
