As we feel the Shift approach (whether it’s next year, two years or five years from now) I can’t help but sit back and think, “What’s the point?”

Not to sound negative it’s just that every morning I still get up, go to work at the daily grind, come home, pay bills, eat dinner, go to sleep and get up the next day to do it all over again. And occasionally I get a day or two off to try to cram some happy times into.

So I ask myself…. If I *really* believe the Shift could happen at any moment between now and the next few years…..

Why do I still care about my credit score? Or paying off loans, credit cards and medical bills? Shouldn’t I be maxing out my credit cards and making the best of what’s left of my life in 3D?

What’s the point of putting money away in savings? Or a 401k? Or building a portfolio? Why worry about renovating my house or getting a better vehicle if we’re about to ascend to a new reality where it won’t matter anymore?

I guess the true answer is….maybe I don’t really believe it 100%. Maybe I continue doing all of these things “just in case.” Even though I have 99.9 percent faith that it’ll happen before 2030 or so, there’s still that .01% of doubt that…..just won’t let me be irresponsible with my resources.

Part of me feels like we should be living it up right now. Fuck work. Fuck money. Fuck the grind. Let’s spend our time with our loved ones. Our significant others, our kids, our pets. But I guess as “awake” as I claim to be there’ll always be a small part of me that 3D will have forever. A small part filled with fear and doubt and guilt.

I can’t wait to put duality behind me.
