Election Commission of India Revises SIR-2026 Schedule for Telangana

The Election Commission of India has approved the revised schedule for the Special Intensive Revision (SIR)-2026 in Telangana.

🗓️ Key Revised Dates:
*House-to-House Verification by BLOs: Extended up to 03 August 2026
*Rationalization of Polling Stations: By 03 August 2026
*Publication of Draft Electoral Roll:10 August 2026
*Claims & Objections:10 August – 09 September 2026
*Disposal of Claims & Objections:10 August – 08 October 2026
*Publication of Final Electoral Roll:12 October 2026

All Electoral Registration Officers (EROs), Assistant EROs, BLO Supervisors, and Booth Level Officers have been instructed to strictly adhere to the revised schedule and ensure its wide dissemination. Citizens are requested to cooperate with BLOs during the Special Intensive Revision process and complete all required formalities within the stipulated timelines.
