Mr. Norman, when MMTLP investors came to you with evidence and suspicions regarding the SEC and Finra, you were willing to pursue it by seeking more information from these regulators. You publicly spoke of subpoenas and hearings being necessary. The regulators did not provide adequate information from your strongly worded letter… so you doubled-down on your focus and demanded subpoenas and hearings. JUST KIDDING. You chose the first escape route you could find (blaming a scapegoat) and abandoned the cause. The cause you once believed in so much that you spearheaded a movement backed by nearly 20% of your bipartisan peers in the House.

Why should anyone trust you to keep your focus on any other issue?
