The case of “Fr. K” (believed to be Fr. Fred Ingalls) is different bc he was one of the few priests to be convicted (pleaded guilty to child pornography in 2004).

Still, that didn’t cause the diocese to defrock him. In fact he’s still on the @BuffaloDiocese payroll.
