"Bile duct brushing" is the last specimen in Cytology that I want to look at.
These ductal cells look horrendously worrisome compared to the benign control (arrow) but 3 features favor benign - Clinical hx of impacted stones - PMNs - Nuclei with multiple nucleoli/chromocenters.
