लोकसभा ने Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Amendment Bill, 2026 को ध्वनिमत से पारित कर परीक्षा प्रणाली में पारदर्शिता, निष्पक्षता और विश्वसनीयता सुन���श्चित करने की दिशा में एक ऐतिहासिक कदम उठाया है। इस विधेयक के तहत कड़ी सज़ा, फास्ट-ट्रैक अदालतें, सशक्त जांच तंत्र और परीक्षा में धांधली करने वालों के खिलाफ सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई का प्रावधान किया गया है, जिससे पेपर लीक के पूरे नेटवर्क पर प्रभावी रोक लगाई जा सकेगी। यह ऐतिहासिक कानून प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की पवित्रता की रक्षा करने और देश के करोड़ों युवाओं के सपनों एवं मेहनत को सुरक्षित रखने की दिशा में एक निर्णायक पहल है।
