Unless otherwise there is no healthy competition service suffers . I have a @airtelindia broadband connection which is pathetic. Constant buffering and low speed I have a 300 Mpbs pack which gives me only under 200 or some times less than 100Mpbs . Complaining did not solve the problem . There is a monopoly and that makes some service providers arrogant and with don’t care attitude.

@elonmusk We have three prominent ISP providers in Bengaluru one is @reliancejio and the other is @ACTFibernet @airtelindia . I am a subscriber to the latter out of compulsion . I have a subscription of 300mpbs but I only get under 200 mpbs . Fed up of complaining to @airtelindia but no use perhaps their arrogance due to we customers have no reliable choice. ACT and reliance are of the same class .All these ISP providers sing hosannas to the Govt
