@NYUDocs to the Pulmonologist...have there been any break thru cases in teens age 12 to 15 who were vaccinated but got the Delta and also happen to have Asthma? How does the Delta variant affect the lungs of teens with Asthma?

@NYUDocs how do we keep our teenagers safe from the Delta variant when schools are overcrowded again? At LAUSD Junior High Schools you have 32 kids per class and during lunch you have 6 kids all sitting together per table with no masks because they need to take their lunch break?

@drsanjaygupta This is great news! I have a 12 year old with asthma, so Covid has been scary! Dr. Gupta do you know if any of the kids from the trials had asthma? Any problems with them? How safe will it be for kids with asthma to go without masks in public once they get the 2 vaccine shots?
