Today I was at @fox8news New Day Cleveland speaking about “sleep divorce” -couples sleeping in separate bedrooms. Often can be very good for relationships despite negative stigma term sleep divorce suggests- therefore I have recoined as “unconscious uncoupling of the bedroom”.
#SBSM conference winding down after 5 days of great research and clinical practice presentations. Amazing to see how organization has grown in such a short period of time and best of all is reconnecting with colleagues and former mentees who are excelling in the field of BSM
