A subset of C kernel developers just seem determined to make the lives of the Rust maintainers as difficult as possible. They don't see Rust as having value and would rather it just goes away.

@NM_Reid @wuoulf @condaforge If your org uses proxy you can block it to use the default channels. You can also state that only miniforge is allowed to be installed 😉
I know it is not easy but that is a workaround for it
