5 weeks since a @DellCares technician came and bricked my laptop, still no fix or replacement arrived. Proposed replacement could take another 2 months (next day delivery available on their website) and wonโt fit the cases I bought from them, again no replacement for those either

@BritishGasHelp What you've said relates in no way to the concerns I raised in my previous tweets. I am authorised to discuss my father's account, the problem I'm having is that your chat agents aren't helpful + often disconnect instead of finish talking, + phones only open while I'm at work
@BritishGasHelp Infuriating that rather than help, your reps either hang up after a few minutes or just answer the phone and never say a word so I can just listen to typing and chatter. Complaints team put me on hold for 20 minutes and hung up. Switching soon ๐
@BritishGasHelp This is after his gas + elec accounts were closed for no reason, these have now been reopened but I'm not convinced the situation is resolved, can't get straight answers from anyone
@BritishGasHelp Eventually sorted this out, but now found out that you've switched my dad's electric from DD to PAYG without him asking + with no warning. He's abroad, your phones are only open while I'm at work and your live chat takes hours to connect to an agent + they just disconnect
