So @vueling changed my original flt.Had a direct flt but they didn’t reschedule me on the direct one that same day but rather conx’ing thru Paris & +ing 8 hrs to my travel time. I could not speak to an agent…tried 1000 ways. So now depart the next day direct. Shame! #DoBetter

Oh @easyJet…..we went through gate check at 19:05. Waiting to board the plane for 50 minutes now. Standing inside the ramp in Milan…..seriously. Flight was supposed to take off at 19:55. No word from gate that flight is delayed. 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ Do you care about customer service? #fml

Yeah so @united says, sorry but our codeshare partners @lufthansa are responsible for getting you to DC since they took control of the ticket. They took control of the ticket bc YOU CANX’ed the flight and knew you were going to do it. You could have rebooked many of us!!

Oh @united just when I thought u had your crap together. Flight #107 canceled from MUC 2 IAD. You KNEW the flight had a high probability, the gate agent told us 95%, of being cancelled but did not rebook passengers proactively. All flights departed for the US. Gate is a sh-t show
