No response from any of their customer support, no replies for any of the queries in the DM or mail.
It has been a horrible experience and because of such short window, all my plans are now ruined. Thanks to @GoFirstairways

How do you just cancel a flight and give us 20 hours notice?
I am not able to reach anyone on your customer support number either for rebooking or cancellation.
What am I supposed to do now?

@GoFirstairways not even acknowledging the customer anymore.
After cancelling the flight, they mailed me saying that they will refund only 58% of the actual amount I paid.

How is a person responsible if the airline cancels the flight from their end?
