@nstates88 I agree.But, more times than none, I find students doing what seems to become the societal norm at their age, find the fastest & or easiest way to get what they need done. My 3rd graders work hard, dont get me wrong, but like kids do they push it.#wuedt6020

@katieham17 yes this is something I am finding myself struggling with more often. Just today I had to go through all of my students chromebooks and remove extensions. I teach math and lots of students are downloading calculators and other games.#wuedt6020

@meborger I teach 3rd grade Math and my students spend about 20 - 30 minutes a class period (90 min) on hands-on tech activities. My students work in centers on a daily basis, so at least 2 of my centers are technology based. They also do their "Do Now" on chromes daily.#wuedt6020

@LaurenGams30 I am learning about so many new LMS & technology tools for tracking progress that I don't think I can any longer say that I have a favorite. I use Schoology primarily, however I can't whole heartedly say its my favorite now that there are so many more out there to try!#wuedt6020

@Hickman_wilmU Schoology is the main technology application used for teaching and learning in my 3rd grade class. Its a great differentiation tool for the teacher & student. Im able to modify activities and assessments. Students are able to take ownership & get immediate feed back.#wuedt6020

A social media technology that I can use in my classroom to extend across cultures and globally is skype. I know its an oldie but it's a goodie as well. I can keep better constraints over the usage, while simultaneously allowing my students to explore other students.#wuedt6020
