@AmazonHelp I finally managed to chat with a an amazon representative regarding this. Item has been delivered to the shop instead of the locker in the shop. I don’t know if that’s funny or sad about your shipping and handling.

What am I supposed to do when you mark a package delivered to an @Amazon Hub Locker without giving me a pick up code? Where have you hidden the link to report this or talk to a support representative?

@AmazonHelp There is an email saying "Delivered: Your https://t.co/H1hvnVFixc order ..." but there is no email for pick up nor there is a text for the pick up code.
