@letsblinkit at least 3 to 4 order i have received in week which were paid on delivery. Today there was one order raised all paid in advance. It was canceled by blinkit stating operational issues and cancellation charges debited. Some new method of money extortion.
@SwiggyCares Order placed at 7:49 didn't reach till 9:pm. Sect order also took late and restaurant staff and as rude. Food was stale. Swiggy team do not want to talk about the issues. Keep the phone on hold for 15 minutes.
Is there any process to address customer grievances.

@Olacabs driver after coming at destination wasn't ready to accept pin before knowing the fair amount. Was ready to refuse the drive at this hour even.. This was inconvenient to me to book to another cab.. I had no option then even to pay more.. This service is detorites more..
@Uber_India@Uber_Support call d driver many times..no call picked up.. Then cancelled the cab after 15 minutes.. This is the cheating cab driver do to harras the customer and make money with face cancellation charge..
