@GWRHelp massive shout out to the train crew on temple meads and bath spa broken down train this morning. 10 am I was on that train and will and Tony were outstanding. Please pass on our thanks and they truly did you all proud xx
@GWRHelp kudos to the 9am to padding train manager she is amazing. Not her fault we are late but really professional and reassuring. Makes for a better day thank you x
@FirstBSA Evening, please could you ask x1 bus driver out Bristol 6.30pm off centre if he is driving a bus or racing car way to fast and needs to calm down please
Big shout out to the amazing bus driver on X1 from Sainsbury's worle to Bristol this morning. Lovely warm smile and makes day a great start and beautifully driven. Bus was 6.50 am. Honestly she was so lovely x
@FirstBSA another single decker bus home. So standing from worle to Bristol wasn't enough. You so you do it again after my shift. Another extremely busy bus standing room only again π
@FirstBSA Lots of people couldn't get on as bus to full we drove past at speed. When standing made me feel very unwell. Not your personal fault but this is almost unsafe.
@FirstBSA a single decker for x,1 out of Weston on one of the busiest services out of Weston not cool seriously. Standing all the way to Bristol not even out of Weston
NEW VIDEO:
Heavy rain has led to flash flooding across the northeast. The rushing flood water in Hillsboro, NH caused the blacktop to buckle and eventually split. Take a look.

@FirstBSA She asked so nicely he drove off without a care and when we continued into Bristol we stopped at Cumberland basin in Bristol for over 5 mins nearly 10 as we were early. So we could have waited for the young man. I'm very sad at drivers behaviour
@FirstBSA your X1 6.45 off Sainsbury's left a vunerable adult behind dispute being told and drove off. Leaving him crying. He is autistic nasty behaviour. Yet stopped at Cumberland basin to mark time ??? He could have waited for the young man not impressed
@FirstBSA So I joined X1 service 6.45 from Sainsbury's stop c, two autistic college students always board together she got on and asked the driver to wait for one minute for her friend, he said no and drove off leaving hims tood There crying and she was on the bus crying.
