Without speaking up and saying "let's focus on this instead of that", we are going perpetuate stigmas and issues for future generations.

See someone you haven't in a while has lost a ton of weight but you don't know why? Cool, you don't need to mention it.

@scottam2 @FairfieldJen @dubet12 @beckyainsley Those things are not inherent qualities of a person though. Those are things that they DO, not things they ARE. Complimenting someone on their shirt looking great on them is a lot different than saying "oh, you lost weight and look great now".
