I sent money to an Uber driver yesterday. It said “successful,” so I left. A few minutes later, he started calling, saying he hadn’t received the money. I was surprised, so I went to check for the receipt on the app,but couldn’t find it.

I kept sending messages to Uber, but they insisted I must pay cash for a cash trip. They said transfers aren't supported, even after I sent the receipt and proof that I paid.

For Uber, why don’t they confirm payments before charging your account?It’s honestly not fair. A driver can lie, and they’ll automatically charge you without confirming with the customer.
This isn’t the first time,I've paid, and the driver still reported non-payment on the app.

I was pissed at both the driver and Uber.
But now I think GTBank is the real culprit.
Both transactions aren’t showing in the app history, but I was debited twice!
