I was wondering what happened with my following feed, why it's all of a sudden crap - turns out now it's on "trending" by default, you have to turn it to "latest" manually. The algorithm has a way of feeding the worst slop imaginable, even from accounts I consciously follow

@jimbelosic Incredible advice - ESPECIALLY service conditions. Ideally want 24/7 support, with technician on site in 24hr from call if issue has to be resolved in person. Cannot express how much downtime we had due to bad service contracts.
