Same here. I have been a member for over 10 years. Support requests get ignored. Makes me wonder how balanced their surveys are if they are locking users out. @YouGov
@ObscureJudethe@_CatintheHat Our tests as survey participants are Flowflex. (However we are instructed to swab nostrils only). They were sent at the start to cover the whole study - 14 tests but no further ones will be sent if we run out. More than 1 needed in month if test +ve, see picture.
@GillianSmith16@ONS We did ours on the 24th and planned to bring tests with us when we travelled. It would be good if they gave advance warning of the testing window though rather than just email "it starts today"! Or yesterday in your example.
@ZeroCovidScot@Saffiya_Khan1@ONS The "winter" infection survey started on the 13th as planned. Our family are participating. We got emails this week asking us to take LFTs and fill in the survey questions. As you say, there was confusion when they announced the original survey had ended.
@PaulMainwood They've posted more details - it is some of previously invited CIS participants. (I was one but haven't heard anything). LFTs every 4-5 weeks for each volunteer, more frequent after a positive test. No (financial) incentive being offered unlike original.
