🚨✋🏼 Rodri makes public statement to say sorry to Valencia and their players for his comments during the match.
“I want to apologize to the fans and players of Valencia. I also called Valencia's captain, Gayà”.
“A human, when they make a mistake, must apologize. I hope Valencia returns to where they belong”.
bro to bro; i won't say this again
pay attention to the kind of contents you consume every day and the things you spend your money on.
if you're always watching poverty skits, struggle contents, stories about barely surviving and people constantly talking about lack lack lack.. listen, that can start feeling normal to you.
then you say you want a better life, but anything that looks unfamiliar starts feeling uncomfortable.
also look at everything you bought this week and brutally ask yourself: how much of that money went toward something that could make me more money, improve my skills, or actually move my life forward?
my brother, you don't have to stop enjoying your money. just don't spend all of it maintaining the reality you're trying to escape.
go on youtube and search for an hour long video of the lifestyle you claim you want.
watch the private jets, expensive cars, hotels, beautiful homes, fine dining, shopping sprees, all of it.
after 10 mins, your brain will start looking for reasons to reject it. you'll be surprised by how uncomfortable you feel not because you hate luxury, but because your mind has spent so long identifying with struggle that abundance feels foreign.
your own personality starts telling you, “this isn't for people like us.” “this is too much.” “who even lives like this?” “this can't be real.” blah blah blah.
and look, it's not always jealousy. a lot of the time, your brain has just gotten so used to struggle that comfort feels unfamiliar.
you can't keep telling yourself you're meant for more while constantly consuming poverty skits, struggle content and everything that reinforces the same reality you're trying to escape. you keep feeding your brain the same thing every day, then wonder why that reality feels normal to you.
at some point, you have to become comfortable seeing the life you want before you can become comfortable living it.
filter your feed, curate what you consume, pay attention to what you're feeding your mind every single day and watch how your perception starts changing.
don't thank me now, you can later.
After I saw this post last night, I got curious. How does someone who wrote arguably the most popular book about building a rich mindset end up $1.2 billion in debt?
So I looked into it, then skimmed the book again to see if Kiyosaki had gone against his own advice. Here's what I found out: 👇 1/3
how to flirt with life:
(as a professional life flirter)
> go to things alone! you'll end up in more spontaneous situations
> talk to strangers - at coffee shops, events, literally anywhere. serendipity maxx
> be 5% more silly in your life. dance in your room, sing badly in the car, crack a bad joke. it's not that serious. grow the silly muscle
> playing it cool is overrated and people will never be able to know the real you
> make a bucket list and work your way through said bucket list!!
> try to find the good/kindness/love in every single person that you come across. get curious about this human in front of you that's filled with endless stories, thoughts, and perspectives
> stop dimming your light to make others comfortable. not everyone will be for you & that's okay. it's not that deep!
> start a random hobby just for fun - pottery, dance, improv, cooking. not everything needs to "be productive" ok??
> react authentically - laugh loudly, get animated, show emotion, be YOU!
> do something random *JUST BECAUSE* you feel like it - take the long way home, extend the walk, buy the chocolate, eat the ice cream
> surround yourself with people and spaces that light you up & make you feel like the BEST version of you
> compliment people genuinely. "you seem really interesting" beats small talk any day. you can catch me giving out at least 1 compliment per day
> surround yourself with people who make you feel lighter - your time and energy is precious
flirt with LIFE!!!
it's beautiful out there
let life surprise you!!!
dare yourself to enjoy it for the short time that we're all here - you got nothing to lose!!!
Misdiagnosis Kills Faster in Nigeria…
Nigeria Healthcare System is Terrible. Very little diagnostic equipment. That probably wasn’t Chronic Ulcer…https://t.co/HB9H4JRQjR
one of the greatest skills a person can develop is becoming their own source of peace. the world is too unpredictable to make your stability depend on others.
