John was an active member of Unison, serving as Herefordshire Health branch equality officer. He refounded Hereford Pride in 2022. His death followed an unexpected diagnosis of cancer in May 2022. He leaves David, his partner of 32 years.

@jenmcknight518 There are lots of books on EBM and Research which normally have a chapter on Case Studies. But also have a look at journals in your area which publish case studies and follow the same format. Eg. Journal of Diagnostic Medical Sonography has a section.
