@Uber_Support thanks for absolutely nothing. I messaged 5 times back in July trying to tell them that my Uber driver never picked me up and "claimed to pick me up and drop me off" in the app and charged me.
And finally someone reaches out to me today giving me a glimmer of light that maybe Uber was going to rectify this finally but now they're telling me the ride is legitimate because I've used my phone to order a ride before ... really?! that's your basis?? @Uber_Support
Hey @WestJet . I normally think you guys have the best customer service but I'm disappointed in the lack of communication outside of Canada. I've been trying to get in touch with someone about my lost baggage and every phone number I've tried has been a dead end.
