Anytime I think about those children and their teachers in the forest, my eyes fill with tears. Just look at how cold the weather has been and the amount of rainfall we've been experiencing every day.

When I was abducted and held in the forest, I only experienced two heavy rains, and I almost died from the cold. We would constantly pray for daybreak and for the sun to come out early so our clothes could dry. That was during the dry season.

Now, imagine what these innocent children and their teachers are going through in this rainy season. The cold, the hunger, the fear, the sleepless nights, and the endless uncertainty. It breaks my heart. No one deserves to suffer like this. 😭💔

May God protect them, strengthen them, and bring them home safely. 🙏🏽😭💔
