On hold to @EE 49 mins & counting . Absolutely shocking customer service. Put a complaint in over 3 weeks ago & not 1 person has been in touch . Still can't get my broadband or tv services right. You need to take a tip from sky. Phone answered & problem resolved in 7 minutes

@EE I've been answered, according to them I never rung this morning or placed an order to reinstate my broadband. I have never experienced such bad service in my life. On hold again now 1hr later. Can I have a complaints email address. It's a multi million pound company.
