@Tripadvisor booked a tour on your website that your viator company manage. Key point of the tour was a river boat cruise. That was cancelled due to weather- we were told only when we turned up for the tour. Yet Viatour rude reply when asked for refund. Still waiting.
@IHGhotels And compensation ? No record still. You charged my card by your error on 26th of July , I am chasing your management for 6 weeks who taken no ownership to resolve it properly. Unprofessional behaviour- you’re on the last place of my business travel.

@CrownePlaza Thank you for your reply- I still have no refund. It would be great to see a copy of the request- the reason is I received two earlier confirmations of the same thing and still no refund in my card. I raised dispute via Amex - it’s very unprofessional from IHG to get to this.

@Uber_Support Hi ! I got my Uber Eats order cancelled by restaurant because they could not meet allergy requirements I did specify in my order. I was charged for this order and I still see no refund after a week past. The receipt states restaurant started making the food - untrue
@BikeClub_UK Still no resolution unfortunately. Your team keep arguing about me not signing up for an offer to extend instead of simply organising collection as I requested. Then charged me extra. Sounds like no refunds and no customer service
@BikeClub_UK your comment on TrustPilot : "I can also confirm any payments made after the request to cancel will be refunded back to the member or deducted from our cancellation fee. We take all over payments very seriously and make sure they are throughly looked into"

@BikeClub_UK beware this “service” is questionable- they will try to extend your subscription instead of cancelling it. And then blame you for having the bike in your possession to charge more money. Ridiculous customer service argument for small amounts and loosing yet more.
@BikeClub_UK off you go - never subscribe again. Do not honour their own promises to refund due to their own collection issues. Taken a month to collect and refused refund at no fault of mine.
