@Lufthansa_DE@lilaline Thank you. Until 50 minutes ago, neither customer service nor the app or website had any information about it, and there was no update via email or SMS either. The flight was cancelled already at around 1:30pm. Why did it take so long?
@Lufthansa_DE What’s going on, Lufthansa? Our flight LH1177 from Porto to Frankfurt today was cancelled after hours of waiting with a 3-year-old child. Neither your hotline agent nor your digital apps and assistants had any clue until now. Trying to view the flight on your website only leads to a loading error. According to your app, we’re already in the air… Seriously? This is incredibly frustrating and turns traveling with kids into a complete farce. The hotline agent said we’d be rebooked within 30 minutes – still no SMS or email from you. I don’t even want to start listing everything that’s wrong here with a so-called “customer journey.” This is completely broken!
