My SPM result was not as promising as my other friends in class. But now im a vet. Alhamdulillah for the rezeki that Allah have blessed me with today. Adik2 lepas spm jgn down kalau result not so satisfying ya. Usaha lagi. Insyaallah ada jalan kalau Allah izin ❤️

Resepi Japanese Cotton Cheesecake

Bahan-bahan

Bahan A:
250 gm cream cheese
50 gm butter
100 ml susu segar (fresh milk)
6 biji kuning telur
1 sudu besar jus lemon
1/4 susu kecil garam
60 gm tepung kek/tepung superfine
20 gm tepung jagung (cornflour/cornstarch)

Macam mana nak tahu harga rumah yang kita mampu based on gaji?

Gaji bersih x 30% = bayaran bulanan

Bayaran bulanan x 200 = harga rumah

Contoh gaji 3000:
Bayaran bulanan = 3000x30% = 900
Harga rumah = 200x900 = 180,000

Itu belum campur segala jenis cukai dan maintenance fee
