@patel_patriot @RealAnnReinbeau Paper ballots need serial numbers (handed randomly to each in-person voter-who keeps the matching tab) ALL ARE SCANNED IN and can be accessed by voter to verify it was properly counted, without compromising privacy…. Probably still not enough, but much better…
