My experience was fine until the ushers and security started to enforce arbitrary rules about my children sitting on a step because they had no other place to sit even though we had purchased tickets. I appreciate that they gave us a VIP buffet, but I paid for seats, not food.

An important statement from Fort Wayne Football Club. Any large spectator event experiences some problems regarding difficulty with traffic, but we at Fort Wayne Football Club understand we fell short of our own expectations regarding ease of entry to Ruoff Mortgage Stadium's parking lot Saturday. A small number of fans who prepaid for parking were unable to get into the lot due to construction. We are able to identify patrons who experienced that issue and they will be refunded their parking cost and given a $10 credit for merchandise or concessions. The vast majority of patrons Saturday had positive experiences, but we do understand some issues were not limited to parking. We are incredibly appreciative of everyone's patience as we put the finishing touches on the largest outdoor venue in Northeast Indiana, and our staff will be reaching out to many of you in the coming days. If you have concerns you'd like addressed regarding the stadium experience, contact Chief Operating Officer Scott Sproat at [email protected]. We're building something for the entire Northeast Indiana community, and we hope you will continue to put your trust in us in the future.

@Josh_Ayen @FortWayneFC @RuoffStadium @USLLeagueOne Sure Josh. I would just appreciate FWFC to own up to last night's debacle. It was embarrassing for me and my family to scrounge around for seats and try to sit together as a family and be treated the way we were. But hey, thanks for the free drinks, I guess.

@FortWayneFC And there were not even enough seats for those of us who purchased seats. It was a complete cluster. To their credit, they tried to make it right with comp seats and drinks....but without seats. Some overzealous ushers and security had no common sense.
