This was September 2024 in an interview with @ThatAlexWoman on @TalkTV - almost two years ago - and a couple of weeks before I was suspended by @PFEW_HQ for flagging the same issues during a different interview.
"I think the police have become politicised internally... the Race Action Plan may well be one such example of that... So when everything is viewed through the lens of race... when everything is racist, nothing is racist."
This is from a former Fed colleague of mine who texted me this morning and is representative of many messages I've received:
"Never has there been a time that just shows the witch hunt against you by @PFEW_HQ , the Henry Novak concerns are exactly what you have said from day one, I think you shouldn't stop reminding everyone of that fact."
@PFEW_HQ can't contribute to this discussion because THEY supported the Police Race Action Plan and were involved in the consultation process with @PoliceChiefs.
@PFEW_HQ are yet another public body that has been captured by this woke ideology. What hope does policing have if there is no diversity of thought allowed within these institutions, who choose to silence dissent within their ranks, and whose job it is to hold @PoliceChiefs, @policeconduct feet to the fire.
Thank God for @toadmeister and the @SpeechUnion who have been a shining beacon in an otherwise dark world, filling the void that unions and staff associations should have been occupying - if they were fit for purpose.
@PFEW_Whistle@PFEW_HQ Partington spent years telling everyone Mukund was the saviour, the visionary, the man who could do no wrong.
Now Mukund's gone and suddenly we're told the remaining directors are doing a wonderful job and he's "thoroughly impressed Funny how the answer is always the same people
PFEW have fired CEO Mukund Krishna…
They can’t say they weren’t warned now can they.
And, as every NC, NB, and exec member distances themselves from the shitshow that is coming, we’ve kept all the receipts from those who backed and supported him.

@TedHastings25@leembroad I understand what you are saying. The previous change to the commutation facts was in April 2023, however the one previous to that was in October 2018.
@TedHastings25@leembroad The GAD commutation factors only came into effect on the 21st May 2026. As such anyone who retired before this date have not been paid too much lump sum.
Millions of pounds have just been transferred from @PFEW_HQ bank account to compensate 20,000 of its members whose data it failed to keep safe. Additionally the @PFEW_HQ spent millions of pounds defending the case before finally settling.
@PFEW_Whistle@leembroad@mpfchairman
And @metpoliceuk needs to do far more to inform their workforce (police officers and staff) of the importance to not just be politically neutral but to be demonstrably so.
No rainbow lanyards when on duty, no pronouns in MPS email signatures and no other symbols or gestures aligned to any political cause - no matter how virtuous the motives are perceived to be.
This needs a clear and unambiguous dictat from the top and be strictly enforced throughout the workforce by middle management.

@leembroad@Rich_Cooke1@mpfchairman@PFEW_HQ If as on the previous offer we were given a choice to accept the offer or to continue with the case. Do you honestly think the majority would have voted to accept? It appears the solicitors didn’t want to continue the case and forced their clients hand to accept the offer.
Matt Cane, desperate to repair his significantly damaged reputation, yet again sidelines the @MPFed Chair - Paula Dodds, whose job it is to lead on comms and be the public face of the organisation. As the first female Chair, it would seem that she is now being regularly overlooked and sidelined by the autocratic male General Secretary.
Furthermore, what an ambiguous and confused press release this is.
What exactly is the advice? What does being: "... extremely cautious about carrying Metropolitan Police issued devices when off duty” actually mean?
Should officers refuse to take their job phones home? Should they switch them off as soon as their duties have completed? What can @metpoliceuk legally require officers to do in relation to their job issued IT equipment?
Where is the useful practical advice from @MPFed ?
What about some advice in relation to avoiding honest mistakes that could potentially drop officers in hot water? For example - the practice of booking on duty when on public transport commuting into their usual place of work?
Or is this just playing to the public gallery? With no specific purpose other than to associate Mr Cane with something other than his grotesquely excessive expense claims 🤔
@leembroad@Rich_Cooke1@mpfchairman@PFEW_HQ If the choice we were given was to accept the offer or to continue with the case. As we had on the previous offer. I would agree with you. But the choice we were given was to accept the offer or the solicitors would drop us as clients. We effectively had no choice but to accept.
@leembroad@Rich_Cooke1@mpfchairman@PFEW_HQ Allowing a £44 million a year fed gravy train to continue so it can spend £10 million a year on members legal fee’s. Is not what the majority of claimants wanted. They wanted more compensation and the fed gone. Instead they have the same dishonest, unscrupulous and venal fed.
