Cancelled immediately. Was promised full refund.
It’s now been 4 MONTHS.

15+ calls. Documents submitted multiple times.
And all I get is this copy-paste nonsense:

“Case highlighted”
“Case registered”
“Airline not responding”

No ownership. No empathy. Just scripted replies and zero action.

Should apps like @district_india deduct 25% of the movie ticket fee even if the ticket was cancelled within a minute?
Atleast give a small time window where a ticket can be cancelled for a small fee n not 25%. Mistakes can happen.
