@Mahindra_Auto @18002096006 genuinely disappointed with Mahindra’s stock management and customer communication.

I booked the XUV 7XO AX7 T 3.5 months ago, when the car was ₹80,000 cheaper. After waiting all this time, I’m now expected to pay an additional ₹80,000 because Mahindra couldn’t deliver the car before the price increase.

To be very clear, my salesperson Mihir Joshi has been extremely responsive and helpful. He is doing his part, but even he has no clear information because there seems to be a complete lack of clarity from the company regarding stock, production and colour availability.

After waiting 3.5 months, I simply want one answer:
What is the exact and realistic delivery date of my car?
Please provide a clear timeline instead of repeatedly saying, “Company ki taraf se koi update nahi hai.”

I’m spending ₹26–27 lakh of my hard-earned savings on a car, and after waiting this long, I expect better communication and transparency from Mahindra.

If there is still no clarity, I will seriously reconsider my booking and look at another car that can be delivered within a week or two.
