@British_Airways have tried to ring your customer service 6 times and keep getting turned away because apparently all your lines are full - considering I rang at 1pm on the dot and you open at 1pm, that seems unlikely. I would really appreciate someone helping me!!!

@Flight_Refunds @British_Airways @Mastercard - The worst customer service ever - kicked off a @British_Airways flight because it was overbooked, missed my weekend trip, and currently have £5 compensation for this all. When will this be resolved?!

@British_Airways gave me a compensation card that got disabled so now I have NO compensation for 24 hours in Gatwick and missing my entire weekend holiday. PLEASE FIX THIS. Worst customer service experience possible.

@British_Airways kicked my friend and I off our flight because they used a plane that was too small and called us “not commercially valuable”. We have now missed our whole weekend trip. TERRIBLE service. Never again will we use BA. (Written from Gatwick Airport - 7 hours later!)

@Mastercard and @British_Airways - I have been waiting over 3 weeks for my £220 compensation for being kicked off an overbooked @britishairways flight... when am I finally going to see this money?! HORRENDOUS customer service from you both.
