@gregpak It's 120, but I have a Bronica ETRS 645. Unfortunately, I use it infrequently enough I always completely gutter a roll for some silly reason which dissuades me from shooting another roll, putting it back in the closet and repeating the cycle. Almost time to shoot again, tho.

Representation, no matter how earnest, is fraught. It is not dishonest like a lie, it is incorrect in the same way that words will never fully convey feelings. That a relationship with does not constitute knowing.

I hate to admit that I just spent the past twelve hours hyper-fixating on monitor color accuracy instead of sending my files to the printer.

I am prepping files for the printer and trying to get them right, but the joke is there is no way to take color from the world, put it into a file, and deposit it onto paper.

My dad was a naturalist and seemed to always know every plant and its Latin name. At his memorial, there was a story about how, to make his commute better, he learned to identify all the trees by their bark.

I'm just endlessly tired of seeing cis takes on gender as though they're transformative and interesting. I'm tired of cis people occupying spaces trans people deserve.

I have seen many museum exhibitions on gender. Never have I seen a good one by cis artists. Never have I seen a single one by trans artists.

There is neither shame nor pride, no violence, no risk and no reward. Cis people play with gender the way a child plays with blocks never realizing how to break the rules trans people have instinctually done their whole lives.

@carolinekellyxo From what I can tell, there was originally only an upstairs bathroom. This was surely built before such standards. Not sure if standards (supposing they exist here) only apply to new builds or to new sales as well. That is to say, you need a permit to build but not to sell 🤷‍♀️
