Not only do you need to pay for your own returns to @shopcosabella but then they don’t even refund you. Apparently this global company has no way to match up an item sent to them, with order details to the online customer

Hey @greateranglia, your app wasn’t working on Tuesday and I’ve ended up paying twice for a journey. Why are you trying to charge a £10 admin fee for a refund on my app&smartcard?

The stupid new system triples my journey lenght at #brockley @LDNOverground AND I had a suitcase that i had to lug down the stairs, up the stairs and then down the other side #sackthepersonwhohadthisidea
